Park History

In 1983, the Parks & Recreation Department began the acquisition of property at Richardson Vista by leasing the property from the owners of Richardson Vista Apartments. In 1984, Parks & Recreation secured a lease valid for 38 years. New play equipment was installed in the park in 2004.
