Park History

This park was purchased in 1975, and a portion of the property was donated by the owner. Development of the park began in 1994. In 1998, the park was renamed Whisper Faith Kovach Park as a memorial to a seven year old girl who was struck and killed by a car in front of the park while getting ice cream.
