Pedal & Pull Along Chester Creek Trail
The Anchorage Park Foundation invites you to join the Weed Warriors for the first ever "pedal and pull" along Chester Creek Trail. Join us Saturday August 28th at 5:30 pm at Westchester Lagoon parking lot. We'll bike to Goose Lake and pull canary grass.

Join Weeds Warriors to Combat Invasive Weeds at Taku Lake Park
The Anchorage Park Foundation invites you to help restore Alaskan native trees in Taku Lake Park. Join the Weed Warriors at 2pm. We need your help removing invasive trees and planting native ones.

Ice Fishing Jamboree
Join the Swim Like a Fish Foundation and the Parks & Recreation Department for the annual Ice Fishing Jamboree at Jewel Lake Park. From 10-3, families can enjoy fishing activities (holes & equipment provided), ice skating and snacks.
