Fairview Community Council Kicks off Parks Report Card Project Fairview Community

This fall, volunteers are assessing the condition of their neighborhood parks with Anchorage Parks Report Card. Fairview Community Council was the first group to participate during Take Back Fairbanks Park Day.

Anchorage Parks and Recreation and the Anchorage Park Foundation plan to hit the resulting "fix it" list hard in summer 2009, so get involved. Broken equipment and safety hazards will be the first to go!

If you’re interested in filling out a report card for your local park, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Nancy Beardsley, at beardsleynj@muni.org
