PROJECT MANAGEMENT/CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT CONTRACT
The Anchorage Park Foundation is seeking a Project Management and Construction Management Contractor to assist its staff in managing park construction projects in partnership with Municipality of Anchorage Parks & Recreation Department (APRD). Please review the full Request for Proposals for details and information on how to submit a proposal. Please carefully review the contract template to ensure that your organization has the capacity to meet contract requirements.
Please submit your original proposal and three copies.

INVASIVE PLANTS SURVEY CONTRACT
The Anchorage Park Foundation is seeking a Contractor to complete a survey of invasive plant populations in specific locations. The selected contractor will be offered the opportunity to enter into a contract with the Anchorage Park Foundation based on the APF standard contract template (see Attachment 2). Please carefully review the contract template to ensure that your organization has the capacity to meet contract requirements.
