Campbell Creek Commons developers and Evergreen Nursery sought to improve a section of Campbell Park near the new development. The project has not moved forward due to lack of progress on the condos/apartments adjacent to the park that this area was to support, in addition to the general public. The developer will spend $20,000 directly on Campbell Park, and APF will spend the award at board discretion in an area of need.
