Huffman Park Improvements

$14,000
Project partners will raise more than $15,000 in matching funds and volunteer hours to make improvements at Huffman Park. On Saturday, April 30, 2011, volunteers and Boy Scouts gathered to kick of the project and begin work making trail improvements, adding picnic tables and benches and removing the dilapidated and unsafe exercise stations. Community members have donated mulch material for trail resurfacing. Two more workdays ore scheduled for May 7 and July 30, 2011.
