Elderberry Park

Elderberry Park downtown at the Inlet has always been a favorite spot. When I was in high school, my friends and I would go and watch the trains go by. I took a photo class and have some great sunset shots of the Sleeping Lady.
Mark and I were married there on a beautiful July night. My Dad escorted me to the park in a white horse-drawn carriage. We planned for everything, except the partial eclipse that took place immediately after we said our vows! Now, our son clamours for me to take him to the park "where you and Daddy married." It doesn't get much better than that!
